As support engineer, you support the IT team in the daily business to deliver the different applications on a performant way.
You will become part of team which is the link between Sales, IT and business. You will support the customers directly, setup market deployments and be responsible to get all input from the external partners for solving support issues, but also for reporting. You follow the latest IT development and be sure that It will deliver what business expected.
